Hey isn't that... Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony winner Barbra Streisand walking the marble halls of Congress on Wednesday afternoon? Dressed in all black with her trademark blond locks blow-dry straight, La Streisand was in town to press Congress for increased funding for research on behalf of the Barbra Streisand Women's Heart Center at the Cedars-Sinai Heart Institute in Los Angeles.
